Contractor Tab in iProcurement

The Contractor Tab in iProcurement is accessible but getting an error on selecting the tab with the message : 'You cannot access this page because oracle service procurement is not enabled'. But I had set the profile : 'PO : Enable Services Procurement' to 'Yes'.

Please advise if there are any other setups required to enable this functionality.
