Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to add custom code to SO Booking workflow?

I would like to add custom procedure that performs validation and applies custom hold on SO order after/ before booking.

I would like to customize Standard Booking workflow. Could anybody suggest good document/link with step by step instructions.
