available php update for Oracle linux 7

How can I update my server to the latest php version? As check only version 5.4.16 is available in public repo, but it was tagged as EOL/Obsolete Software: PHP 5.4.x Detected during scanning.

Is there any way I can update my php to 5.5 or 5.6 versions?
