I Used kfed read asm disk's header informatioin

  3. kfdhdb.crestmp.lo:           3566602240 ; 0x0ac: USEC=0x0 MSEC=0x182 SECS=0x9 MINS=0x35
  4. kfdhdb.mntstmp.hi:             33039944 ; 0x0b0: HOUR=0x8 DAYS=0x12 MNTH=0x9 YEAR=0x7e0
  5. kfdhdb.mntstmp.lo:           3898938368 ; 0x0b4: USEC=0x0 MSEC=0x145 SECS=0x6 MINS=0x3a

0x7de=2016 0xc=12 0x1f= 31 0x13=19  so create timestamp high =2016/12/31 19 but  how can I get the number 33010675？

and How Can I get the number  3566602240
