Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi There,

Found below error while booking line in depot repair.

Error:

system cannot find a valid account for the specified BillTo/ShipTo address and operating unit - transaction aborted based on setting profile.

If there is issue with the address should it not be unavailable for selection/defaulted in SR header. Please advise.
