EBS 12.1.3 + RPC5

Hi,

We applied Recommended Patch Collection 5 ( RPC5 ) on R 12.1.3 ebs version. After RPC5 we are facing issue in importing OM order through standard "Order Import" programs

Error:

1)     Tried importing order through concurrent program "Order Import"

          ORACLE error 3113 in FDPSTP

         Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

          The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT R.Conc_Login_Id, R.Request_Id, R.Phase_Code, R.Status_Code, P.A and was execu27-SEP-2016 12:20:39

          APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 3114 in AFPGRG

            Cause: AFPGRG failed due to ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE.

2)      Tried submitting the orders from Order correction form
