How to schedule a job in a single queue, with out Affecting other jobs

Hi All,

I want to add some jobs in scheduler and my requirment is the schedule jobs should run in a way that next job will run only after completion of first job.

How to schedule a job, we have different queues, what setups i need to check. we want to put jobs in a single queue without Affecting other jobs.

please suggest on this.
