Making a Custom OpenUI Login Page in Siebel IP16

Hello Everybody there,

Good day.

We have just upgraded our environment from Siebel IP13 ( 8.1.1.11PS16) to Latest IP16 ( 8.1.1.16 PS3).

And now we are planning to Create a Custom Login Page which displays our Clients Logo at login page, some graphics for Automotive application and very fine tuned UI that looks great from customer perspective.

Please help me with where to start and what exactly can be done in order to achieve the requirement.

I have read some basics for this, but not fully aware about the exact process for customizing the login page screen UI.
