Fixed Row Enumeration

I have a requirement where I should get 10 lines in a page. (Fixed number of lines in BIP)

I checked the below link, which has similar requirement to mines,

But my requirement is with 2 fields in the break (where only 1 - line number ) is used in the example. In my system we have breaks based on the line number and the shipment ID.

Kindly help us in the above with your expertise

Please help with the modified BI Coding with 2 parameters in it, so that we can implement the same.
