create schedular to run jobs in E1

Hi,

I want to create job scheduler to run some reports in off hours. but I don't have detail idea about this.

can you suggest any documents for setup the same.

Also there are some jobs (Planning jobs) I need to run in way that next job will not start unless first/ previous will not complete.

I have queue available in system with capacity to run only one job at a time. can I use this? How?
