'No row is currently active in the BusComp' error in siebel open ui

'No row is currently active in the BusComp' error in siebel open ui. When navigate to few screens ex: Service Request, Service Accounts keep on getting this error. It is not replicate in the HI application.

Can you please let me know if you have ever get this type of error.
