Reverse Cancelled PO

We are using EBS 12.2.4

The user unintentionally cancelled PO lines. Now the PO cannot be opened. Is it possible to reverse the cancellation of the PO so that we can still open the PO? If so, how can we achieve this? Please advise. Thank you.
