HSS Authentication (LDAP\MSAD) Disruption

We are currently experiencing a disruption in authentication when users are attempting to connect to our Corporate Planning application. When I check the MSAD connection information, I get the following error:

EPMCSS-05180: Failed to validate Security configuration. Failed to connect. Invalid values for Base DN, User DN or Password. Enter valid value(s). Root Cause : [LDAP: eeor code 49 - 80090308: LdapErr: DSIS-0C0903C9, comment: AcceptSecurityContext error,data 5, v23f0]

Our User DN\pw have not changed since the day we set it up over 2 years ago.

What makes this issue unusual is that our Divisional Planning application – with an identical MSAD configuration\setup – does not experience the disruption.
