Batch type &B appeared

A batch appeared in the system with the code (&B) a.k.a Draft register.
Weird thing is that it appeared with my user's name mentioned in the batch program even though i did not really use the draft register program. When i try to open it to review and delete (since it's not posted anyways), JDE gives me the following error:

"The batch you have selected contains no detail records. Please select another batch"

Any idea what could be the reason and how to solve this issue?
