Is there anyway to merge two records in an eScript Businesss Service?

Hi gurus

I am trying to write a Business Service that, given the ROW_IDs of two records will merge them into a single record.  I have seen things about a buscomp.MergeRecords method, but cannot find very much on it and cannot get it to work.  Has anybody ever successfully accomplished this activity?  If so, can you share how you did it?
