Hi everyone!

Improvements are being made to help streamline the creation and management of Service Requests for CRM On Demand customers.

If you use the CRM On Demand tab to create or manage SRs, join us for a live session to go over the upcoming changes in MOS that will be affecting you. You will also learn how to create and manage your Service Requests and get an opportunity to participate in a live Q & A session.

Follow this discussion to find out where to register for a live session, how to access a short training video, documentation, and other important information as it becomes available.
