Move Order created for the Batch is not considering item in the supply subinventory

Hi,

Here is the scenario i have a Batch ingredient A with OHQ 100 in that SupplySUBINV 50 and GeneralSUBINV 50. Now move order is created for 100 quantity without considering the quantity available in supplySUBINV. So now MO created with 100 quantity. If we transfer partial quantity , 50 to SupplySUBINV  from GeneralSUBINV in move order it will show delivered quantity as 50. If you go to material workbench and check the OHQ available location wise in SupplySUBINV  it will show -50 Available to Reserve and -50 Available to Transact (even Negative qty not allowed set at org level).
