MGMTDB and Diagnostic+Tuning

Hi,

we have installed an Oracle Rac 12.1.0.2 SE. We don´t have a license for the Diagnostic and Tuning Pack. In the Management-Repository-DB (-MGMTDB) the paramter control_management_pack_Access is set to DIAGNOSTIC+TUNING by Default. Is this ok or should/can i change the parameter to NONE and uninstall the Tools?
