R12.2.3 - Encumbrance reversals required in the period in which PR/PO is raised

Hi Experts,

I have below requirement. Please advise

For Example;

PR Encumbrance reversal Requirement:

1 - Funds available for a charge account = 1000

2 - PR of amount 500 is entered in the period of Dec-15

3 - Funds are reserved in the month of Dec-15 and appearing under commitment

4 - PO is Auto-Created in next year i.e. Jan-16

5 - System is unreserving the funds in Jan-16 and reserving it under obligation in Jan-16

6 - Our REQUIREMENT is that system should reserve the funds under Commitment in Dec-15 .
