Reverse Batch Button Disable

Right now, we are facing interesting issue while we Reverse effective batch from YEM currency Ledger so its show disable button (Reverse Batch Button) but when we open it on main book responsibility which is PKR currency so its show enable.

My question is that why its not enable button when we checking YEM currency ledger, however this batch pertains to Yem currency inspite of PKR currency Ledger.
