E1: 12: R12910 doesn't fix amounts of LT= DG

Hello,

I have run R12910 in order to fix gaps between F0902 vs F1202., due to a double disposal of one FA. Amounts are mismatched in ledger types AA & DG. The R12910 preliminary version displayed gaps in AA ledger type. DG ledger type amounts are missing. I didn't do it in final mode.

Referring to bug# 21698837 and whitepaper  ID 1617078.1, I think it will be more simple to fix the issue with SQL query. It will correct F1202.BORG too.
