Performance issue after upgrading EBS from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3

Hi Team,

We are facing performance issues across application including Forms loading slowly, running seeded and custom Concurrent Programs, after we have upgraded our EBS from R12.1.2 to R12.1.3.

We have also upgrade our database from 11gR2 to 12c.

The instance which is still on R12.1.2 (Non-Upgraded) is behaving faster though it is having lesser RAM and processors.

Please suggest how we can increase/tune our performance.
