Row Security - Issue with UBE Hanging When Specific Role Runs

We have an issue with a specific Custom UBE, , that hangs at a Processing state without ever finishing. This only happens with the Developer role. The role has full Application and Processing Option Security to run this UBE. Rest of the roles have row security assigned to them and have no issues running it. An weird thing is the UBE runs in DV, PY even with DEVELOPER role. Please find attached logs.
