RO Configuration - Unused realized Measures

It has been noticed that the following list of realized measures is not used in any Rules or Workbooks. They are only used by script "ro_load_apcro_data.sh" that loads them into RO

Measures simavgdmndgssr and simavgdmndgswh are also not used by any Rules or Workbooks, and just by scripts "buildRO.sh", "gen_RO_ld_hiers_sr.ksh", "gen_RO_ld_hiers_wh.ksh" and "ro_load_apcro_data.sh".

All of these measures are mentioned in the APC-RO Implementation guide, Release 15.0 as out-bound measures and they are exported from APC-RO by scripts extract_output_dc.sh and extract_output_strore.sh
