RO Configuration - Missing measures

The following list of measures are mentioned as inbound measures from APC-RO to RO in the RO Implementation guide, Release 15.0.1.

However they are not mentioned at all in the APC-RO Implementation guide. and they are not exported at all by the APC-RO scripts. Also in the RO side they do not appear anywhere. They aren't realized and they don't appear in any scripts.

Is the guide out-dated and these measures aren't used anymore ? Or is there some missing functionality ?
