ora-27351 conflicting values of job attributes CREDENTIAL_NAME and JOB_TYPE

I am trying to schedule a stored procedure to run under a certain set of credentials and it is not working.  I have created the credentials with the database user name and password.  I cannot create the job.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
