Onhand for an item is zero in the Inventory org but Inventory Valuation report showing Inventory Val

Onhand for an item is zero in the Inventory org but All Inventories Value Report showing Inventory Value and quantity against the item in the sub-inventory.

Please advise as what could be the issue?
