BI Publisher - Make fixed size rows

HI,

I'm currently building a set of reports on BI Publisher 11.1.1.9 using BI Desktop.

In the RTF Template I need a table with a fixed sized row.

Creating the RTF document as needed, when generating the RTF document the table row properties changes to auto fit the contents.

The PDF is created properlly.

If there a method for fixing the row. Any xlt attribute we I can use (eg.<xsl:attribute name="background-color" xdofo:ctx="incontext">lightgray</xsl:attribute>)

I included sample RTF and xml where we can see that behavior.
