CRS-2101:The OLR was formatted using version 3 - 11.2.0.4 GRID installation on Linux 7.2

Hi,

We are trying to install GRID software on our 2 node RAC

software we are using is 11.2.0.4

Operating system is Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.2 (Maipo)

$ uname -a

Linux rh-ora1-s1-n1.cps-db.test 3.10.0-327.13.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Feb 29 13:22:02 EST 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

We are using VNC Viewer to access the machines for installation

We have 2 issues

1. The screen / display is not showing the pop up screens so for example

   the main installer screen is at 76% and waiting for us to run the oraInstroot.sh and root.sh but we

   dont see that screen at all despite trying everything. How do we get to see that pop up window
