Regarding Grade / Potency

- can anyone offer some clarification of how they've utilized these classification codes and lot record fields to trigger material planning behaviors?  We're being faced with a need, for the first time, to have various "quality levels" for the same given item in inventory. At the end of this is requirement to have different customers for the same item each requiring certain grade minimums. Example: Grade A (highest quality) being sufficient for any customer, but Grades B, C, D only being sufficient for certain other customers. Same F4102 record.
