My Interim Only is pulling in two interim IDs?

I have two different Interim IDs setup.  One is to process Bonus Payments and the other ID processes additional changes that occur during the Bi-Weekly process.

When I go to run the Bonus Payroll Interim ID, it is pulling all the voids and other data from the other interim ID.

Anything that I can do to correct this?
