Supplier Name required when creating user account for supplier contact - Bug 23264148

Hi,

When a supplier administrator creates a new supplier contact and user account via iSupplier portal, why is the page forcing them to enter the supplier name? Isn't it obvious that the contact/user account is being created for that supplier only? Why is the page forcing them to re-enter this information. The same is not asked when internal users/buyers create new supplier contacts/user accounts?

Can someone clarify?
