depot repair responsibility

Hi, The menu of Depot Repair Super User responsibility contains sub-menu for other modules like INV, WIP, OM, BOM, Cost, Purchasing, etc.  What I would like to know is, in a multi-org (say we have 001, 002, 003, 004, and 005 org) environment, how can I create a customized Depot Repair responsibility to include the sub-menu of other modules (i.e. INV, WIP, OM, BOM, etc.) but, at the same time, restrict the users' access with this customized responsibility to certain organizations (e.g. only to 001 and 002).  Thank you in advance for your input.
