Can Oracle R-12 handle international wires via intermediate bank?

We are working to implement a new bank account with Bank of America.  One of the requirements is international wires and in some cases an intermediate bank is used.  Can Oracle handle wire payments using an intermediate bank?

For example:

Invoice 45 from a Supplier in Brazil.

Supplier requires to wire the payment via : Standard Chartered Bank - New York - USA (with own swift/aba/accout number) who will then send the money to the final beneficiary bank account in Brazil (own swift/iban/account number).  In a manual wire (outside of Oracle), we will wire the money to Standard Chartered Band also provide to them all the information for the final beneficiary supplier/account.

Howdy, Stranger!
