Indented BOM not showing Extended Costs

We have an indented BOM under which there are a few Sub assemblies. When we checked, we see that the Costed flag is Unchecked and the Extended Cost is 0. Below are some of the checks -All the Sub Assembly have the Based on Rollup Checkbox checked -All the purchased parts have the Include in Rollup checkbox checked -We have Overheads associated to the Resources and the resources have rates Anything that we are missing?
