Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How does the system updates Original Item Qaty and current item qty?

I have cases where Qty = 0.01 or 0.06

Are these fields updated automatically by split / dispose / transfer applications? and how does the system calculate these?
