OPM Pre-processor error "Unable to load POC transactions. Contact system admin"

Hi Team,

I am getting an error like "Unable to load POC transactions. Contact system admin" when running the OPM accounting pre-processor in R12.1.3 for "Production Source" for a given date range. . I don't see any such error in metalink.

Can anyone experienced it or what might be the reason? What does it mean for "POC" transactions? Though headers and lines were created.
