EAM-Is there a way to link the quality collection plan attachment to a work request generated?

Have a requirement to link the attachment which is uploaded at the time of the quality inspection to a work request generated based on that

particular collection plan's collection element.

For an example,  if a temperature anomaly deleted for a particular machine the inspector will attach a thermal image.Based on the inspection result (out of spec)

a work request will be generated.

Separate user who has access to the work request should be able to access the image as a 'request attachment'.
