Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. OTM Spot Bid Tender is not launched

Hello,

there is used Cloud OTM 6.4.1. Following steps were done:

1. A order release was created

2. Bulk plan executed

3. Shipment>Open Tender>Spot Bid Tender

4. Status Secure_Ressources_not_started is not changing.

Please could you advice?
