AP Check Template Table Resizing

Hello All,

I have a different requirement and it is driving me crazy. I am designing a check using BI Publisher plugin in MS Word  and the check form has 3 sections. At the top is a table for remit Vendor Details and the Merchandise amount for wich the check is being issued.At the mid section is the check and at the bottom is the Address the Check has to be sent to. I manage to place the check section at the mid part of the template so I am able to keep it fix there. However my dillema is with the
