Is there a place in JDE to store queriable Production Process Information?

We are looking for a way to store information about component concentrations and dilution processes as they relate to our production process.  For example, we have on component that is used on multiple end products.  Depending on the end product it is used in, it may be used at a different concentration.  Is there a place on the BOM or some related table that could store this data in a structured data format?
