I get an error message when install oracle grid infra 11.2.0.4

Dear All,

I start the Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) by running setup.exe as the Local Administrator user from the Clusterware

but during install i get an error message in oraInstall2016-09-29_01-19-25PM.err of step Prerequisite Checks  and install fail :
