IPL: Price was not found on price list XXXX for this item and uom EA

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

Tried to create new quote. Selected customer name and contact name and then pressed apply. When try to add product, for one of the product when try to add, it is giving IPL: Price was not found on price list XXXX for this item and uom EA error. When tried another product and try to add, it was working fine. I searched on the note in this site 2116532.1 and even though this is for version 12.2.5, I have tried to run the Build Attribute Mapping Rule. But it is still giving the error. Where else can I look into
