Page timeout after left idle for just four minutes when try to type short text in attachment tab.

We are using EBS version 12.2.4

I am not sure if this should be a proper post for this forum.

But when user is using quoting user and go to approved quotes and then click on the attachment and try to type short text. Then he got a phone call and answers the phone so the page probably left idle for about four, five minutes or so and then he tried to continue typing and click apply, it will give him the attached screenshot error message. We have set ICX:Session timeout to 60 at site level. So, it is very strange that this happens. Does anyone else have experienced similar issue? How can we look into this? Gurus, please advise.
