non recoverable tax on expense items

Hi Experts,

Please help us on below client requirement.

For Inventory Item Purchase order, at the time of invoice matching, recoverable tax should calculate and it should populate Tax Recoverable account(from  EB tax)

and for Expense Item Purchase Order, at the time of invoice matching, Non recoverable tax should calculate and it should populate non recoverable account(same expense account as NRC)

I created determine tax recovery rates on Account flex field values range but not working.

Kindly help us on this.
