2016 1098-T Transmittal File Does Not Include the Data Element for "TIN Requested" At Position 544

in Campus Solutions - PSFT (MOSC)

The 2016 1098-T form includes a new checkbox titled TIN Requested on Copy A to be sent to the IRS.  The transmittal file generated by the system does not include a value for this at position 544. 

A transmittal file without this field will fail the IRS edits.
