Golden Gate Manager ports question.

I am installing Golden Gate (GG) on 2 two node 12c RAC one for Test and one for Dev. Both the RAC's are running on the same hosts. When I install GG on one host both the source and the target are going to be the same host. In that case how many manager ports do I need to configure?
