Reviewer notification is configured in workflow Transaction Configuration but it will not notify the inserted reviewer till the PO has been approved.  The expected behavior is that as soon as the reviewer is inserted and the record is saved it should send a email notification and an insert the notification into the reviewers worklist. Nothing gets triggered till the PO is approved.

We are on v9.2, image 17 on PeopleTools 8.55
