[EBS 12.1] what is "Oracle IDs used in installation" ?

Hi, Experts

I tried to delete a customize ORACLE schema in Form ORACLE user window.

(administrator--->security--->ORACLE--->register form)

I got below message:

You cannot delete ORACLE IDs used in installation

Cause: You attempted to delete an ORACLE ID used in installation.

You cannot delete the ORACLE ID.

====

[Question:]

1. what kind of oracle id is called "Oracle IDs used in installation" ?

2. what should be the reason of cannot delete ?
