ENCOIN program is not deleting the data form interface table even after successfull completion of pr

Hello All,

We are trying to import an Engineering BOM & Item from other legacy system, Engineering BOM & Items are getting imported successfully but the records are still available in interface tables 

eng_eng_changes_interface, eng_revised_items_interface ,bom_inventory_comps_interface with Process flag as 1.

Could you pls let us know if we are missing any specific set up?
